- Gratuity
Under the RBS IDC's new Gratuity Scheme if a
staff member leaves the service of the RBS IDC of their own free will after
completion of six months service, the gratuity payable shall be equal to
fifteen days salary as on the date of leaving for each year of
service.

- Company's Discretionary Bonus Scheme
This bonus is
discretionary and the actual bonus amount is determined by individual
performance and allocation of the total bonus amount for RBS IDC, based on the
performance of RBS IDC and RBS Group. Any bonus paid will be proportioned in
accordance with time spent in the role in the relevant financial year.

provide holiday entitlement of between 25 to 30 days annual leave in addition
to 8 festival holidays.
