Polaris Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is a young organization, committed to rendering consulting services in the areas of Human Resource and Financial Management.

Conceived in August 1993, with a vision to reach out to individuals and make a difference in the quality of their lives the initial approach was through intrapersonal training alone. It was in 1995 and 1998, that Executive Search in Non-IT and IT sector respectively, was taken up as a value add service to corporates and individuals alike. Finance and HR consulting were two important services that Polaris has taken on later, to offer greater benefit to the customer.
