P N Venugopal & Associates, established in 1985, is a team of HR, IT and Management Professionals engaged in Executive Search / Head – hunting, predominantly for the IT, Telecom and Service industries.
Our Founder - Director P N Venugopal has nearly 38 years experience in Executive Selection. Mr Venugopal holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Loyola College , Madras , LLB from Bombay University , and PG Diploma in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Bombay . Prior to founding of his firm, PNV held Senior Management positions in Human Resources Management in Voltas Limited and Crompton Greaves Ltd., for 18 years.
We have over 25 highly qualified and competent Management professionals engaged as Associate Directors and Senior Consultants, who have held Senior Management positions in HR & IT in large Multinational and Indian companies.
We provide Recruitment / HRD Consulting Services to our clients to find the right person for the right job. We maintain a large data – bank of highly competent professionals from all functions and domains and conduct focussed search for top management positions.
We deal mainly in Senior & Top Management positions, such as Independent Directors on Board, CEOs, CTOs, VP (Engg), Delivery Heads, Program Managers, Software Architects , Marketing / Finance / HR Heads.
