He has been with the Software industry for over 22 years. handling software projects, IT consulting, marketing software products and services, technical staffing, human resources and operations management in India and USA. He worked with some of the best names in the industry. His last stint was with Tata Unisys (now TCS) as the head of India operations for software products. After quitting that in 1994, he co-promoted two software companies in India and USA. Paridhy Staffing & Consulting Pvt Ltd is his third entrepreneurial venture.
