NH Infomedia Ltd has been incorporated as 100% holding company of “New Horizons India Ltd” which is a joint venture of the DCM Shriram Group and the California headquartered New Horizons Worldwide Inc (NASDAQ: NEWH) whose primary focus is to engage in Staffing and other HR  Services on a global level.

NH Infomedia Ltd has already established its presence in 20 cities in India and 300 cities across the world.. The plan is to establish a network of 100 offices across the country this year.
