Our Business Terms

Our business terms for undertaking selection and recruitment assignments on your behalf are as under:

Professional fee

• 8.33 % (Eight point thirty three percent only) of the annual CTC (upto Rs 4 lacs) plus service tax.
   
• 10.33% (Ten point thirty three percent only) of the annual CTC (upto Rs 7 lacs) plus service tax.
   
• 12.33 % (Twelve point thirty three percent only) of the annual CTC (above Rs 7 lacs) plus service tax on the billed amount as per the Finance Budget as applicable for all positions.

Total cost to Company (C T C ) will be comprising of :

• Basic + DA + HRA + Medical + Conveyance + PF + LTA + Gratuity + Superannuation + Bonus Ex-gratia / Incentives (Performance linked).
   
• Copy of the offer letter to the selected candidate giving all the details of his salaries & perks and authorizations for expenses / reimbursements etc. to be sent to us immediately on issue / joining of the candidate, whichever is earlier.
   
• Candidates once sponsored by us will be treated as our candidates, if absorbed for any position by your organization or subsidiaries, sister concerns, if any.
