The Noida center, which is legally known as GlobeSpan India Private Limited is one of the key R&D centers of Conexant, where embedded software for the Conexant products are researched and developed. The Noida center was established in June 1997 and has been steadily growing.
 

The Noida center houses around 175 of its talented telecommunications engineers in the Noida center. These engineers are focused on developing software that are required on the next generation product lines of the Organization. At Conexant’s Noida center, the elite group of software specialists is engaged into researching and developing the next generation products of Conexant worldwide.

At Conexant Noida, there are multiple teams involved in developing software for Conexant’s worldwide products. The broad technology areas upon which the Engineers are involved developing products include:

• Wireless - 802.1x, MAC Drivers, WPA, WDS etc
• IP - IP, Routing Tunneling, MPLS, Security (IP SEC, NAT, Firewall)
