Focus Infotech is India’s
only exclusive IT Consultancy Services and Career Management
organization and one of the largest in size and revenues in
the category. The company specializes in a niche Information
Technology space, as it believes that the future of It Consultancy
Services, HR BPO and Career Management services in India would
get domain and knowledge-centric. Founded 8 years ago by a group
of young and committed professionals, Focus Infotech has been
growing steadily at a rate of 30% year on year, since inception.
Managed by a board of eminent professionals, Focus Infotech
is the first company in the IT HR services domain in India,
to be certified ISO 9001:2000 by TUV SUD, India.
Focus Infotech has two separate service brands- TechSource,
it’s IT Consultancy Services operations and TechSearch,
the Placements division. Through TechSource, Focus Infotech
delivers IT Consulting solutions, ongoing human capital management
and superior technical and IT professional services, to global
leaders such as TCS, IBM & Infosys, among others. With TechSearch,
the company has successfully placed approximately 200 candidates
in the last one year (Apr04-Mar05). The placements offering
of Focus Infotech is different, in that, the service is only
meant for middle and senior level IT professionals in select
functional and technical domains like ERP, CRM, EAI, Web Technologies,
Open Systems and Mainframes, among others.
Focus Infotech has over 550 employees on its rolls today, of
which over 400 are Consulting personnel, and are involved in
various ongoing project/consultancy assignments at Client sites.
The deployed profiles range from programmers to Senior Project
Managers and Functional Consultants. Focus Infotech anticipates
India to move towards a predominantly Consulting Services market
in line with developed markets and is confident that most of
this growth will be in the IT professional services arena.
Based out of Chennai, Focus Infotech has branch offices (domestic)
in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad and a marketing
office in Atlanta, USA, through its wholly owned subsidiary-
Focus America Inc.
