elimination process. The process is divided into a shortlisting
process and then an interview. Short listing is done on
the basis of qualifications and quality of relevant experience.

checks are done. Shortlisted candidates are called for
interviews. It is done in 3 stages where in the person
is checked for general competence and intelligence and
then on his specific skill sets. E Dot being a hot bed
