Company Milestones

2002: Current CEO Jeff Tognoni joins Battery Ventures as entrepreneur in residence with an investment thesis that proposes to shift software companies to a profitable, customer-centric operating model.

2003: Tognoni and Battery Ventures create M2M Holdings via acquisition and privatization of Made2Manage Systems.

2004: M2M Holdings acquires its first industry-specific ERP application, DTR Plastics ERP.

2005: M2M Holdings acquires Cimnet Systems, a provider of ERP applications for printed circuit board manufacturers. Thoma Cressey Equity Partners becomes a minority shareholder.

2006: During the first half of 2006, M2M Holdings acquires five additional ERP product lines. In the second half, M2M Holdings acquires and subsequently privatizes publicly-held Onyx Software Corporation, creating the core of its CRM solution portfolio.

2007: In March 2007, M2M Holdings changes its name to Consona Corporation and acquires KNOVA Software, augmenting its existing CRM offering with knowledge management and service resolution management solutions.
