Mr. Vijay Karkare, founder Managing Director Cornerstone India and director CIG Africa, Middle East & India, Vijay has served as a consultant to Board and Senior Management of MNCs, Indian Business Houses and Start-up Ventures in virtually every industry. After working as Director/Partner for 12 years in leading local & global consulting and search firms he opted to set up his own operations. His consulting work includes Strategy & Organization Structure, Executive evaluations and Senior management & Board level searches. Earlier Vijay worked with Glaxo & Alkem heading Manufacturing, Projects and Corporate Planning.

Vijay is a Post Graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences & Management. Vijay was a guest faculty with TISS and other Management institutes.

Mr. Sriram Padmanabhan, Director has worked across several sectors including Engineering, Automotive and Service in India and in the Middle East. Interestingly, his experience spans several leading Business groups like Murugappa, TVS, Bahwan Automotive and Mahindra includes both Sales & Marketing and HR. He has also worked in a search firm where he was the Principal Consultant. His last assignment prior to joining Cornerstone was with Mahindra Group, where he was the Head - HR for their JV Company with a leading US Truck Major.

Sriram is a Mechanical Engineer and a Post graduate in Management from XLRI (1986).

Mr. Chaitanya Khurana, Vice President, brings in a decade of exclusive Executive Search experience, having worked for reputed search firms in India & abroad: RMA International division, Robertson Smart, Omam Consultants. In his last assignment with a US based search firm, he was the Engineering Practice Vertical Head. He has worked across sectors among others viz., automotive, electrical, chemicals, polymers, oil & gas sectors & has successfully executed senior level mandates.

Chaitanya is an MBA majored in Human resources with more than 10 years experience.

Mr. David Istacky, Vice President, has over 13 years of cross functional experience including IT Enterprise Sales, Account Management and Executive Search. He has previously worked with some well known Search firms and in corporates like Sify, Kirloskar Computer Services, etc.

David is a Bachelor in Business Administration and Marine Electronics and Marine Communication. He is also a member of the NHRD Network.
