At COLT we recognise the importance of providing training and development opportunities. We are therefore committed to providing opportunities for all employees. This is critical to our future success. We support employees to enhance their skills and experience in order to help us achieve our business objectives.

One of the strategic initiatives by Colt is the 6-sigma training for it's employees that follows a six fold step of progression. Workshops are conducted periodically to build up individual as well as team skills.

All new employees participate in a tailored induction programme run by our professional trainers. As one's career at COLT develops, there is a comprehensive set of technical training options to keep pace with the constantly changing technologies that are central to our business.

We also provide a wide range of targeted skills programmes as well as management development. Support for external further education and membership of professional organisations can also be provided where these are relevant for your role.
