Employee Engagement

At COLT you are encouraged to join a variety of events that reach beyond your work desk. Cricket enthusiasts can find their calling in the COLT India Crickets Team. Diwali and Holi are celebrated with equal fervor and fanfare. Other fun events include the Annual Day celebration and the All Employee Party. Drive away those Monday blues because at COLT we have Manic Monday's, a fortnightly fun event in Office.

Community Initiatives

COLT believes in contributing to the community that it is a part of. The employee contribution towards Tsunami Relief was 95888 INR. A blind school was also helped by the employee contribution from COLT and a blood donation camp was also organised by The Air force Women's Welfare Association.
