Mr. Ashok Mehra - M.D.
Our dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Ashok Mehra, has wide overseas
experience & has proved that a committed team of well qualified
& experienced people can deliver services of highest standards.
Travelled worlwide, Mr.Mehra firmly believes in relationships built on
trust. Understanding the needs of the client and consistently
delivering on promises is a mantra that he has driven deep down into
the organisation. Proper harnessing of human resources - he firmly

Mr. Dilip Jaisinghani - Director
Mr. Jaisinghani, our Director has been in the field of marketing
since 1977 and has traveled the whole of India marketing top of the
line products & services. He overseas Gulf operations and is a very
frequent traveller to the Gulf, meeting clients and discussing their
requirements.
Mr. Vishal Mehra, Director
Young, energetic and full of life. He has completed a Diploma in
American hotel and lodging association. Trained at the Emirates Towers,
Jumeirah International and has traveled extensively Infuses young ideas
& talent into Asiapower Overseas Employment Services.
Mr. Percy Shroff - Group G.M.
Mr.Shroff, our
Group General Manager, has 14 years of experience in Hospitality and
FMCG companies, majority of which was overseas. He is with Asiapower
for the last 16 years in Manpower exports. As Group General Manager,
his activities encompass co--ordinating operations in India and
Overseas and also overseeing the overall function of the Organisation.
Mr. Devendra Pandey - G.M. Administration
Mr. Pandey, our General Manager - Administration, is with Asia Power
since inception. Travelled world wide and having knowledge of 5
international and 18 Indian languages, he looks after licensing with
all government departments & consulates and has thorough knowledge
of processing of employment visas. He also oversees Organisational
administration along with conducting interviews for all types of
categories.
Mrs. Anuradha Sheth, Marketing Manager
Client relations and marketing are like the backside of her hand, she
has traveled extensively to UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait & Doha Qatar.
Customer service is the core of her being having handled a similar
profile in a Co-Operative bank she has been associated with Asiapower
Overseas Employment Services for the past 16 years.
Ms. Sarala Shetty - G.M. Marketing
Ms.Sarla
has 8 years of experience in the Manpower industry. Her
responsibilities include travelling overseas to meet clients for
business discussions and also co-ordinating with operations to fulfill
client requirements. She also has a rich background in Public relations
working with a reputed Advertising agency for 5 years.
Mr. Swapan Kumar Das - Recruitment Manager
Mr.Das our Manager - Recruitment, has over 35 years of experience in
India & the Gulf and has been holding senior positions like Project
Manager / Construction Manager / Contracts Manager in leading Companies
for various EPC Projects related to Oil & Gas / Refinery /
Petrochemicals etc. of National & International importance
involving all disciplines. He also has over 5 years of experience in
Manpower recruitment for the Gulf in all disciplines, specializing in
Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. T. K. Raghavan - Recruitment Manager
With over 28 years of rich experience in India and Overseas,
worked with one of the top most companies in India and Overseas with
managerial position. He carries with him a Bachelor Degree in
Mechanic Engineer.
Exposure to International environment and acquired a rich experience in
Construction / Maintenance of Petrochemical / fertilizer / Oil &
Gas.
Now working with Asiapower Overseas Employment Services as a Recruitment Manager.
Ms. Seema Tirodkar, Mobilization Manager
After
finishing her graduation she joined Asiapower Overseas Employment
Services as Project In charge. With sheer hard work and dedication she
moved to be a Project Supervisor then to a Project Manager and now she
is the Mobilization Manager. Has been with Asiapower Overseas
Employment Services for the past 12 years and is going strong on her
recruitment drive.
Mrs. Vidya Devadiga, Mobilization Manager
A
fresh B.Com graduate has been with Asiapower Overseas Employment
Services for the past 11 years has been an integral part of the company
and has grown with it. Moved up from the position of Project In charge
then to Project Supervisor and then to a Project Manager and is now
working as a Mobilization Manager.
