We, at Abalone, are a panel of

Management
After years of comprehensive research in and experience
into Head hunting / Executive search, Abalone was formed
by experienced professionals from different functional areas. The company
is promoted by –
1. Shaym Pratap Singh (MD.) - A Post Graduate Professional with MBA Degree from Sindhia
University, Gwalior. He has Ten years of experience in selling and
developing Marketing strategies for products of big Indian and
Multinational FMCG and Durable Companies. For the last ten years Shyam
Pratap Singh has been managing Abalone Professionals one of the leading
search agencies in Delhi, catering to the requirements of some of the
leading Multinational and Indian companies.
2. Dipanwita Nath - A Post Graduate in Agriculture
from Dr. PDKV University, Akola.
3. Manju Shakya - A management graduate specilized in HR from Lucknow University.
She has experience in Indian and multi national consulting companies in HR
recuirtment.
4. Ram Pratap Singh - An
Electrical Engineer from a premium institute of Roorkee University India
involve in providing Technical Consultancy and expertise to various steel
plants in India and abroad in tie ups with several national and
multinational companies since fifteen years. Mr. R.P.Singh has worked as a
Sr.Technical Advisor with several companies like National Thermal Power
Corporation ( NTPC.), Department Of Telecom ( DOT ) ,He has successfully
executed many assignments with companies like Voest Alpine
Idustrieanlogenbau , Austria , Mannesmann Demag Huttentechnik , Germany ,
Preussag Stahi Germany , Zurich , Switzerland.

Arts and professionally qualified in Travel Trade from University of
Delhi. Her experience in fields of travel enriches her with the expertise
of understanding people from different culture and geographies.
6. Asheesh Vashisht - A post graduate in computer
science from Mysore University, Mysore. He has more than 12 years of
experience in field of Information Technology. His work enriches him with
a vast experience of working with multi national companies ( to name a few
Frito-Lay India , Gillette, Bausch & Lomb, ThyssenKrupp Elevators,
Duracell..) across the globe. Experience involves ERP implementation,
Business solution consulting, delivering custom applications, handing
business unit.

your factories and offices when appropriate. We will work closely with you
